  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
  • Profile photos and account preferences

Pet Information:

  • Vaccination records and special care requirements
  • Known allergies, medical conditions, and medications

Pet Services Information:

  • Service booking history and preferences
  • Service provider interactions and reviews

Veterinary Services Information:

  • Veterinary appointment history and clinic preferences
  • Pet health records, medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, vaccination records, and lab results shared or uploaded through the platform
  • Consultation notes added by the assigned veterinarian during or after an appointment

All pet health and medical records stored on wagNbush are accessible only to you (the pet parent) and the veterinarian specifically assigned to that appointment. See Section 4 for full details on how vet record access is controlled.

Shops / E-Commerce Information:

  • Order history and product preferences
  • Shipping addresses and delivery preferences
  • Product reviews and ratings

Technical Information:

  • Device information and identifiers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our platform and all its modules (Pet Services, Vet Services, Shops)
  • Process transactions, service bookings, and payments
  • Facilitate connections between pet parents and service providers and veterinarians
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Communicate with you about products, services, promotions, and events
  • Personalize your experience and recommendations
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and platform activities
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse

3. Information Sharing — We Do Not Sell Your Data

wagNbush does not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share your personal information or your pet's information with any third party — for any purpose — except in the strictly limited circumstances described below.

We do not use your data for advertising networks, data brokers, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the wagNbush platform.

The only circumstances in which we share your information are:

Pet Service Providers (only when you book):

  • We share only the minimum information required to deliver the service you have booked — such as your name, contact number, pet name, and any special care notes you voluntarily provide
  • This is shared only with the specific provider you book, for that booking only
  • We do not share your information with any service provider you have not actively booked

Veterinary Providers (access-controlled):

  • The veterinarian assigned to your active appointment has access to the pet health records and medical history stored on the platform — but only for that appointment
  • A new or different veterinarian has no access to your pet's previous records by default
  • If a new veterinarian needs access to past records, they must formally request it through the platform. You will be notified and must explicitly grant permission before they can view anything
  • Access granted to a new veterinarian is valid only for the duration you choose (1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, or 1 week) and automatically expires after that
  • You can revoke a veterinarian's access to your pet's records at any time from within the app, even before the selected duration expires
  • wagNbush staff and no other third party have access to your pet's medical records under any circumstance

Delivery & Payment Partners:

  • Your delivery address and contact number are shared with our courier partner solely to deliver your order
  • Payment information is handled entirely by our certified third-party payment gateway — wagNbush never sees or stores your card or banking details

Legal Obligations Only:

  • When compelled by a valid court order, law, or government regulation — and only to the extent required
  • To protect the safety or rights of our users when there is a credible threat

4. Pet Health & Medical Records — How We Store and Control Access

wagNbush stores your pet's health records, medical history, prescriptions, diagnoses, vaccination records, and consultation notes securely on our platform. This allows you to maintain a complete digital health record for your pet in one place. We treat this data as highly sensitive and apply the following strict access controls:

Who Can See Your Pet's Records:

  • You (the pet parent) — full access to all your pet's records at all times
  • The assigned veterinarian — access only to the records relevant to the active appointment they are conducting
  • No one else — no other veterinarian, clinic, wagNbush staff, or any third party can access your pet's medical records

Visiting a New Veterinarian:

  • A new or different veterinarian has no access to your pet's previous records by default — they start with a clean slate
  • If the new veterinarian needs access to past records, they must send you a formal access request through the platform
  • You will receive a notification and must explicitly approve the request before the veterinarian can view any records
  • Approved access is valid only for the duration you select at the time of approval (1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, or 1 week) and automatically expires after that
  • You can revoke a veterinarian's access to your pet's records at any time from within the app, even before the selected duration expires

How We Protect This Data:

  • All medical records are encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Access is strictly role-based and logged — only the permitted parties above can view records
  • wagNbush does not use pet health or medical data for any advertising, marketing, or analytics purpose
  • Medical records are never shared with insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, or any other commercial entity

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
  • Secure payment processing through certified third-party providers
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Access controls and authentication measures

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
