Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Bangalore, India only.

Orders are shipped using Delhivery or equivalent reputed courier services. Where available, same-day delivery may be provided based on city/pincode.

• Orders are packed and handed to courier within 1 working day
• Same-day delivery is applicable only for eligible locations and cut-off times

Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 1–3 working days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to weather, operational delays or festivals.

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Couriers will attempt delivery two times. If undelivered due to customer unavailability, the package will be returned.

If a parcel arrives damaged:

• Record unboxing video and photos
• Contact support within 24–48 hours
• We will assist with return/replacement

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
