By accessing or using our mobile application, placing an order, or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this application, place an order, complete a payment, or book any service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services (Pet Services Marketplace)

WagNbush operates as an aggregator platform connecting pet parents with service providers. We offer the following services:

  • Pet Boarding: Temporary care and accommodation for your pets
  • Pet Walking: Professional dog walking services
  • Pet Grooming: Full-service pet grooming and hygiene services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. WagNbush acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party service providers.

3. Products (E-Commerce Store)

We sell physical pet products including:

  • Pet toys and accessories
  • Feeding products and bowls
  • Leashes, collars, and harnesses
  • Hygiene and grooming products
  • Other pet-related items

Product specifications, colours, and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to screen lighting or manufacturing updates. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Booking and Cancellations (Services)

  • Appointments for pet services can be booked through the app
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to fees as per the service provider's policy
  • Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to our refund policy

6. Orders & Acceptance (Products)

All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • The payment fails or is declined
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided
  • The order violates any applicable laws or regulations

7. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
  • For services, pricing may vary based on service provider, location, and service type

9. Use of Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct address and contact details. Any delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer will not be our responsibility. Please ensure all delivery and contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

10. User Conduct

Users must not engage in any activity that:

  • Disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the application
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes upon the rights of others
  • Involves fraudulent or deceptive practices

11. Liability for Use

We are not liable for:

  • Any injury, damage, or harm caused due to improper usage of products
  • Lack of supervision of pets during or after service provision
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from third-party service providers' actions or negligence
  • Product defects beyond our control (subject to warranty terms)

12. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available in the application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of WagNbush or its licensors.

13. Limitation of Liability

WagNbush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the application, services, or products.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application, booking of services, or placing of orders constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
