Welcome to wagNbush. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our platform features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

wagNbush operates as a technology platform and marketplace that connects pet parents with independent third-party service providers and veterinary professionals, and sells pet products directly through its own store. Our platform covers three modules:

• Pet Services: Boarding, walking, grooming, training, and related care services
• Vet Services: Veterinary consultations, clinics, and animal healthcare providers
• Shops: Pet products and accessories sold directly by wagNbush

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform, place an order, complete a payment, or book any service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

wagNbush connects pet parents with independent third-party service providers for the following services:

• Pet Boarding: Temporary care and accommodation for your pets
• Pet Sitting: In-home or at-sitter care for your pets while you are away
• Pet Walking: Professional dog walking services
• Pet Grooming: Full-service pet grooming and hygiene services
• Pet Training: Behavioural and obedience training services
• Other pet care services as listed on the platform from time to time

Third-Party Nature of Services: All pet services are provided by independent service providers who are not employees, agents, or representatives of wagNbush. wagNbush acts solely as a platform to facilitate discovery and booking. The actual service is rendered entirely by the service provider, and wagNbush has no control over how services are delivered.

No Guarantee of Service Quality: wagNbush makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or outcome of any pet service booked through the platform. Any concerns regarding service quality must be raised directly with the service provider.

Pet Health and Safety: wagNbush is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, death, or harm to your pet that occurs during or as a result of any service booked through the platform. You acknowledge that engaging a service provider carries inherent risks and you accept those risks fully.

Provider Credentials: While we endeavour to onboard reputable service providers, wagNbush does not independently verify, certify, or guarantee the credentials, qualifications, or background of any service provider listed on the platform. You are encouraged to perform your own due diligence before booking.

wagNbush provides a platform to discover and connect with independent veterinary professionals, clinics, and animal healthcare providers. Vet services available through the platform may include:

• In-clinic veterinary consultations and check-ups
• Vaccinations and preventive care
• Diagnostics and lab services
• Surgical procedures and treatments
• Emergency and critical care referrals
• Tele-veterinary consultations (where available)
• Other animal healthcare services as listed on the platform

Third-Party Nature of Vet Services: All veterinary services are provided by independent, licensed veterinary professionals and clinics who operate entirely independently of wagNbush. wagNbush does not employ, supervise, or direct any veterinarian listed on the platform.

No Verification of Credentials: While wagNbush makes reasonable efforts to list registered veterinary professionals, we do not independently verify or guarantee the qualifications, registration status, or competence of any veterinarian or clinic. You are responsible for verifying that the veterinarian or clinic you choose is duly licensed and appropriate for your pet's needs.

Booking and Appointments: Appointments booked through wagNbush are subject to the availability and policies of the respective veterinarian or clinic. wagNbush does not guarantee appointment availability and is not responsible for any cancellation, rescheduling, or delay by the veterinary provider.

Medical Records and Information: Any medical records, test results, prescriptions, or health information shared with or received from a veterinarian through the platform are between you and the veterinarian. wagNbush does not have access to, nor is responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of any such records or information.

wagNbush sells pet products directly through its own Shops module. All products listed in the Shops section are sold and fulfilled by wagNbush. Products available include:

• Pet toys and accessories
• Feeding products and bowls
• Leashes, collars, and harnesses
• Hygiene and grooming products
• Nutritional supplements and food
• Veterinary and healthcare products
• Other pet-related items

Product Information: Product specifications, colours, and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing updates. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Veterinary and Medical Products: Products such as medications, supplements, or medical devices available through the Shops module are sold for informational and general pet care purposes. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before administering any medication or health product to your pet. wagNbush is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of any product.

Prices Set by Service Providers: All service charges for pet services and veterinary services are set independently by the respective service providers and veterinary clinics. Product prices in the Shops module are set by wagNbush and are clearly displayed before purchase.

No Hidden Charges from wagNbush: wagNbush does not levy any hidden charges, undisclosed fees, or surcharges on top of the prices displayed on the platform. The amount you see on the platform at the time of booking or purchase is the amount you will be charged, subject to applicable taxes.

• Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless expressly stated otherwise
• Any convenience fee, platform fee, or service fee, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a booking or purchase
• Delivery charges for products, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment
• Prices may change without prior notice as determined by service providers or wagNbush
• wagNbush is not responsible for any price discrepancy between what is displayed and what a service provider charges outside the platform

Price Disputes: If you believe you have been overcharged by a service provider or veterinarian, please contact wagNbush support. We will assist in mediation where possible, but the final responsibility for service pricing rests with the respective provider.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Pet Services:

• Appointments for pet services can be booked through the app or website
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to fees as per the service provider's policy
• Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to our Refund Policy
• wagNbush is not responsible if a service provider cancels, reschedules, or fails to show up

Veterinary Appointments:

• Veterinary appointments are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective clinic or veterinarian
• Cancellations must be made in advance as specified during booking; last-minute cancellations may incur fees
• wagNbush is not liable for any clinical decision, missed diagnosis, or harm resulting from a delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled appointment
• In case of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest veterinary clinic directly rather than waiting for a booked appointment

All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• The payment fails or is declined
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided
• The order violates any applicable laws or regulations

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) where available
• Digital wallets

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. wagNbush does not store your card or banking details. For any payment disputes, contact your bank or payment provider.

Users must not engage in any activity that:

• Disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the platform
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes upon the rights of others
• Involves fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harasses, abuses, or harms other users, service providers, or veterinarians
• Misrepresents information about your pet's health, behaviour, or vaccination status
• Circumvents wagNbush's platform to transact directly with service providers to avoid fees

The wagNbush platform and all content, services, and products accessible through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. wagNbush expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the platform
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any service or product listed on the platform
• Warranties regarding the qualifications, competence, or conduct of any service provider or veterinarian

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wagNbush, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Injury, illness, death, or harm to your pet arising from any service or product
• Medical outcomes, misdiagnosis, or complications from veterinary services booked through the platform
• Actions, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any service provider, veterinarian, or clinic
• Product defects, mislabelling, or adverse effects from products purchased through the platform
• Delays, cancellations, or failures by service providers
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform

In any event, wagNbush's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to wagNbush in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 — whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wagNbush, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the platform or any service or product booked or purchased through it
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any inaccurate or misleading information you provide on the platform
• Any dispute between you and a service provider or veterinarian

Any dispute regarding the quality, delivery, or outcome of a service or product is primarily between you and the respective service provider, veterinarian, or clinic. wagNbush may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication between parties but is not obligated to resolve or be party to any such dispute.

wagNbush is not liable for the outcome of any dispute between users and service providers.

wagNbush shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or any other force majeure event.

All content and materials available on the wagNbush platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of wagNbush or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
